Day 1 - 190 km
Aktau city – enigmatic valley of stone nodules of Torysh – underground mosque Shakpak ata (X-XIII centuries) - Shakpaktysai Canyon, overnight stay in tents.

- underground mosque Shakpak ata (X-XIII centuries) inscribed with Arabic letters and signs. The 4-chamber rock-cut sanctuary is hidden from human voices and the expanses of earth and sky.

- Shakpaktysai Canyon - white and yellow remnant mountains, eaten by wind and rain, rise here, resembling the crests of mythical dragons.

Day 2 - 200 km.
Shakpaktysai Canyon - "Aday Ata - Otpan Tau" historical and cultural museum complex - Mythology Museum - Sherkala Mountain - Kulbarak Batyr necropolis - Shomanay Valley - Ayrakty (Valley of Castles) - Yurt camping "Ethno Village "Kogez", overnight in a yurt.

  • Excursion to the historical and cultural complex "Adai Ata - Otpan Tau". Here, on one of the highest points of the Mangystau relief, three Steles in honor of the ancestors of the Adai clan are installed. Visit the exhibition dedicated to the history and culture of the tribes and peoples who lived in this territory.
  • Museum of Mythology - exhibition halls are decorated with scenes from myths.
  • Mount Sherkala is a unique natural object, a lonely standing butte from different viewing points striking with its variety of shapes and outlines, creating a fantastic impression of mysticism and monumentality.
  • The necropolis of Kulbarak Batyr - the tragic fate and feats of this proud and courageous hero were colorfully described in the epic of the famous steppe lyricist. There are more than 150 unique structures of different times and types in the Kulbarak-ata necropolis.
  • The chain of remnant mountains in Shomanai-Airakty Valley (Valley of Castles) – Airakty and Shomanay, as they are known amongst the tourists, are a system of small mountains. Shomanay Mountains look like fairytale castles with steeples , towers, colonnades and walls.
  • Yurt camping "Ethno-village "Kogez" - in the evening arrive at a cozy and hospitable yurt ethno-village located in the picturesque mountainous part of Mangystau. Here you will have an excursion "Under the arch of Kazakh yurt", a folklore evening and accommodation in a natural 5-seater felt yurt.
Day 3 - 210 km
"Ethno Village Kogez" - Bostankum Sand Dunes - Masat Ata Necropolis - Shopan Ata Underground Mosque - Kyzylkup Valley, overnight in a tent.

  • Bostankum sand dunes – on the one side – golden dunes with a height of thirty meters; on the other – chalk chinks, greenery, and camels moving freely near settlements.
  • The mysterious necropolis of Masat-ata is associated with a beautiful legend about the Batyr Masat-ata. The necropolis consists of the Oguz-Kipchak and Kazakh parts. There are architectural monuments of small forms and mausoleums of unusual types.
  • Shopan-ata underground mosque - visit the underground mosque of the holy elder Shopan-ata, the famous Sufi poet, mystic, and philosopher, who, according to legend, was a disciple of the great Khodja Ahmed Yassavi. Discover the variety of necropolises on the mosque territory and the traditional rituals of holy places.
  • Kyzylkup Valley - look at the bright colors of Kyzylkup Valley and its panorama of bizarre chalk slopes with red interlayers. This is where you can see the unusual image of the Mangystau "Sphinx".

Day 4 - 225 km.
Kyzylkup Valley - Mysterious Mount Nayza - Bozzhira Valley

  • The mysterious mountain of Naiza - the mountain’s name translates as “Spearhead”. The slopes of the mountain are covered with flattened stone concretions resembling scales. Walk around and explore the area.

  • Ustyurt Chink – Bozzhyra Valley (viewing platforms). The valley is surrounded by picturesque steep slopes of the Ustyurt Plateau, formed by chalk deposits. Bozzhyra is a group of dazzling white mountain remnants, the most famous of which resembles the shape of two huge fangs.

Day 5 - 200 km.
Bozzhira Valley - Tuzbair Salt Flat

  • The western Chink of Ustyurt - Tuzbair salt marsh. There are bright white cliffs and cascades of clay-limestone deposits at the foot of which lies an endless saline desert, dazzling in the sun’s rays.

Day 6 - 250 km.
Tuzbair - Sarydiirmen Canyon - Karaman-ata underground mosque - “Openwork” Ybykty Canyon city of Aktau

  • Sarydiirmen Canyon – next to a small hill of the East Karatau upland Karadiirmen, there is another outcrop of multicolored clays of the Jurassic period, some layers of sediments have pleasant reddish shades.
  • Karaman-ata underground mosque - transfer to the underground mosque and necropolises of Saint Karaman-ata (XII-XXI centuries). Visiting one of the oldest necropolises in Mangystau will be interesting for both adults and young people, as Karaman-ata is considered the patron saint of youth.
  • “Openwork” Ybykty Canyon - walk along the bottom of Ybyktysay Canyon, where two Elements - Wind and Water have created bizarrely cut canyon walls.

Return to the city of Aktau in the evening.
