Aktau city – Megaliths (Bronze Age) – Karakavak canyon – Shuldor canyon, overnight in tents.
  • In the morning departure from Aktau.
  • On the way stop near the Megaliths dating back to the Bronze Age. Megalithic structures are large limestone slabs up to 2 m long placed on edge at an angle. On the square there are technological wastes from the production of stone tools.
  • Next you will visit the territory of the ancient port settlement located near the Caspian Sea - Karakavak, which is the oldest of the port settlements on the section of the Great Silk Road, and dates back to the 3-4 centuries AD. Upon arrival, climb to the top of the mountain, from where a stunning view of the Caspian Sea opens up. We will continue the exciting journey with a rest on the sea coast.
  • Then move to the picturesque canyon Shuldor. Overnight in tents.
Day 2 - 192 km.
Shuldor Canyon - the cult-funeral complex of Altynkazgan - the burial place of an ancient female warrior - the Kyrykkez necropolis, the burial place of the famous improvisational musician Kashagan Kurzhimanuly - the Kady necropolis and the canyon of the same name with fantastic stone formations – Aktau city.
  • After breakfast, we continue to explore the area.
  • Next, transfer to the unique cult-funeral complex Altynkazgan. Another striking witness to the influence of the Great Silk Road is this ancient complex, the scale of which can be judged by the 5 mounds and 198 archaeological objects found on its territory.
  • On the way, visit the burial place of an ancient female warrior.
  • Next, move to the Kyrykkez necropolis. This is a small necropolis in which there are burials from the 16th - 20th centuries. The Kyrykkez necropolis is the family cemetery of Kashagan Kurzhimanuly, a unique musical improviser of the Kazakh steppe. This is where his burial is located.
  • On the way we will visit the necropolis of Kady. This is an ancient family cemetery of the descendants of Kulbalasy, from whose family came many heroes and craftsmen. The graves here have not yet been fully explored; many inscriptions have been erased due to collapsed tombs. Kulbalasy's descendants lived around the Kady valley, raising cattle, building houses and digging wells.
  • Next, a walk along the Kady valley among fantastic stone formations of different sizes and shapes.
  • After a fascinating tour, return to the city of Aktau in the evening.
