- The route begins with a visit to the ancient coastal city of Fort Shevchenko, where there is a memorial museum dedicated to the life and work of the poet and artist Taras Grigorievich Shevchenko, during his exile in Mangyshlak. The great Ukrainian kobzar left an indelible mark on the history of the Mangistau region. Being a talented artist, he was enrolled in the expedition to Mangistau. You can walk along the places of the expedition of the Great Kobzar on this route. The route passes through the places where the poet and artist created his priceless works.
- Along the route, you will see the ancient necropolises of Karagashty auliye and Doly apa, which were captured in his drawings by the artist Taras Grigorievich Shevchenko, get acquainted with the variety of memorial forms of architecture and hear legends and tales about them.
- Rest in the picturesque tract of Khanga Baba.
- In the evening, arrival at the cozy and hospitable yurt camping “Ethno aul Kogez”, located in the picturesque mountainous part of Mangistau, where you will have dinner in a cafe, a literary evening by the fire and Shevchenko readings with the active participation of tourists, overnight in a natural yurt made of felt with 5 people in each yurt.
